Total economic impact of M-Files 2026

The aim of this research is to provide readers with a framework to evaluate the potential financial impact of M-Files on their organisations. To better understand the benefits, costs and risks of this investment, Forrester interviewed five decision-makers who have experience using M-Files.

For the purpose of this study, Forrester aggregated the experiences of those interviewed in May 2026 and combined the results into one composite organisation.
